It gives us a great pleasure to invite you to the launch of “Audio books for the blind in Public Libraries”. This initiative came following a cooperation between UNESCO Office in Beirut and Al-Hadi Institution for the Visual and Hearing Impairments and Language and Communication Disabilities towards providing free access to information for all and in particular special needed groups; the blind.
In this respect, 50 public libraries across Lebanon were targeted to provide them with 28 stories for the kids; those stories come in both hard copy and an electronic recorded version done by Lebanese artists.
